Does Aldi sell medicine for pain, cold, or allergies?

Does Aldi sell medicine for pain, cold or allergies?  Should you take a trip to this store for your headache, stuffy nose or itchy eyes?

While you won't find any name brand Tylenol, Zyrtec, or Nyquil, they do offer their own private label version of these pain relievers, fever reducers, and stuffy nose helpers.  Unlike their food, you may find there isn't much of a discount on these products.

I don't know what part of the company you are in but we are in Maryland.  We have another big supermarket called Shoppers Food.  They also offer generic cold medicine with the same active ingredients and their price is better than Aldi, CVS, Walgreens, and Giant.

Another money saving tip you may not have thought about, have you checked your local Dollar Tree?  I have tried a few of their cold treatments and they work well too.  You really can't beat the children's liquid cold medicine in grape.  That is the only flavor my son will swallow and a 4 ounce bottle is only $1!

I always get at least 5 or 6 when I do find them because they sell out quickly.  The same 4oz generic bottle at Shoppers is $2.99 and at Giant it is $3.99, and I stay away from CVS because they charge even more than that.  When you have a 5 or 6 year old that picks up every germ that goes around their classroom you have to save money wherever you can.
